Confession time
There are so many helicopters. I can’t wait to get out of this city during the NATO summit There I admit it. I’m a peace studies major who doesn’t want to be around for the NATO protests. Gene Sharps’ thoughts on repression get me angry as is. I don’t think I can take a weekend of white people complaining about the fact that they willfully subjected themselves to political violence. I just pray we all think with both our hearts and minds this weekend. To my nonviolent brothers and sisters out there fighting the fight. Good job. I hope the band wagoners don’t make my fears come true.
